I wasn’t thrilled that I had to come back a second time for the same problem but the day I came back, it was taken care of. They told me it would be an all day job and I probably would not want to wait but I told them I had no choice. I had no other mode of transportation nor anyone to pick me up.they got the job finished in two hours. I was grateful.

Your detail person is not up to par

I have been consistently impressed with the service department at Ken Houtz Chevy& Buick! That department is organized well and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. Dave has created a true team. Tina handles my scheduling and keeps me well informed as to expectations and status of ongoing service and occasional repairs. Tina also makes wonderful cookies that she freely shares.

Not only does she provide you the necessary details of what and when things will be done, but she also keeps me updated if and when things change before she reaches the originally planned completion time. So, there are no surprises. She also has a great personality and makes you feel like you're a part of the family. And her brownies and really good! You've got an ace in her!

We were having a warning light on our new Suburban. We were supposed to leave on vacation in a couple days. They were able to work us in that day. They checked out or car and things seemed good. We were pleased. So far it is running good.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and to look at my transmission they changed the oil but said they were to busy to look at the transmission most of my visits have always went very well can’t say I am to happy this time

Oil change and routine service very good. But patched a tire and did not remove the nail. So it continued to leak slowly. Had to have it repaired again.

The oil change went as scheduled. The TPI sensors on 2 tires needed to be replaced and it too was done in a timely manner.

Fixed one issue, took a while to fixed the second problem, but car fixed properly, service staff were great, let me know of updates and everything that was going on. worked with us with everything.

Quick reservation obtained to fix a tire pressure sensor. Waited for the repair that took about an hour and a half. Got an interim report that no inspection found no other issues and repair was progressing. Cost was reasonable and what was anticipated.

We had to have our 2017 Silverado towed to Ken Houtz due to transmission failure. Luckily we purchased the lifetime warranty when we bought our used truck in 2019 as the transmission needed to be replaced and service team took care of us with getting everything taken care of and what would have cost us $6,000 + only cost us a little over $300 out of pocket.

The car was kept for four days and when we picked it up the problem was not resolved. I was charged $130.00 for recoding and the problem still existed. It is still in the shop and I have not heard anything as to what is being done.

Tina did a great job on getting us the information that we needed to make a decision on which choices to make in the repair of our Tahoe. She made sure it got fixed and backed to us very quickly.

Nice service

This was the first service at the dealership for a used car I purchased there earlier this year. Initially I had concern over a check engine light that turned on after service but it was rechecked the following day and found no issues. Due to the inconvenience of having to bring it to the dealership a second time the service department brought the car back to my job. I appreciate their commitment to satisfaction.

Everything and everyone was awesome. We'd have rather bought a new Impala LTZ, but since that isn't possible... our new Chevy Equinox will be practical and a lot of fun.

I needed my car inspected, as well as an oil change, which they did on the same visit.

There was some confusion about the appointment time: I received a text confirmation that cited 8:45 which is what I signed up for when I scheduled the appointment online, but the service department had me down for 9:45. I suspect a glitch in their scheduling software, possibly related to the transition off of daylight savings times. As a result I had to wait a little longer than normal for a simple tire rotation and multi-point inspection, but overall I have been happy with the service I have received from this dealership.

Was good, they got my car in and service while I was there

I contacted your dealership to get an appointment scheduled due to the engine light coming on and I informed the service department of the codes it was giving and that it was most likely the fuel module that was bad. They scheduled an appointment for 12/1125, and I dropped the vehicle off on 12/10/25. I was contacted by the dealership on 12/11/25, and they confirmed it was the fuel module, but said they would have to order the part and it would hopefully be in on 12/15/25. I did not receive a call on 12/15/25, so I called the dealership. I was told by the service department that the parts department had not told them anything yet. I asked them if they could check with parts to see when the part would be in and they said yes and would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so I called the dealership again and service told me the part was on back order and did not know when the part would be in. I then asked if I could speak to the parts department and I was transferred. Parts told me that the part was on back order and they didn’t know when it would be in. I then asked to speak to someone higher and another man came on the phone. He was able to look the parts department up and told me it was scheduled to arrive on 12/15/25. I thanked him and asked him why the others couldn’t give me a date as to when the part was going to arrive and he said he didn’t know why they told me they didn’t know. I then waited for a phone call on 12/16/25 and I didn’t get one so I called back again. The parts department said again the part had not arrived and I became frustrated again. Then the FedEx truck arrived and they weee going to see if the part was on the truck. They called me back and said the part was in and they would get it installed today. The truck was fixed and I picked it up on 12/16/25. The communication given to me was horrible and they did not follow up on phone calls as they said they would. If you have an appointment and you already told them what the problem was, the part should have been ordered and put it on the day of the appointment. Otherwise there is nonpoint for an appointment. I did the work for them pretty much and still had to call back multiple times to stay on top of things. I will probably not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, or get any service done at this dealership.

I arrived at the dealership at the prearranged appointment time. My vehicle was being serviced within 20 minutes of arrival. I was presented with my vehicle about one hour after the commencement of service. Good job!

The truck was fixed in a few hours but entailed three round trips. The first trip you had it long enough to verify I had a problem and I was told to come back in a week and a half when you had someone who could fix the problem and I would have leave it. At that point my wife and I both drove in to leave it. A couple of hours later I got a notice it was fixed after we had gotten home. We drove the next day so I could pick the truck and drive it home. We spent more time on those trips than you all did fixing it.
